Attention All Veterans! 

You are entitled to YEARLY eye exams AND glasses benefits through the VA!

Simply follow the directions below to get started today: 

​

1. Log in or create an account at VA.gov (or call 877 881-7618) to speak to a representative.

2. Go to MyHealtheVet and click the chat option. 

3. Begin chat with your name and reason for inquiry.

4. Answer health questions.

5. When finished your information will be sent to the Community Care Center.

6. The Community Care Center will contact you to schedule your exam. Simply request to schedule with your community provider:
